Just for today (9/4)
1) Stay within my calorie allowance
2) 30 Minutes of exercise
3) Drink more water
Completely lost the plot yesterday, gave in at breakfast and it went down hill from there ending with a chinese. To be fair I had a busy day planned and then, thanks to my lazy son who admits he can't be bothered to shut a gate, I spent the morning looking for my two dogs who took themselves walkies. Stressed is an understatement.
Anyway, that's just one day. Once upon a time that would have been it in my mind for the next fortnight but not this time, back on it today, hopefully leaving some calories spare to help out yesterday
Just for today (10/4)
1) Stay under my calorie allowance
2) 30 minutes exercise
3) Drink more water

This is a continuation of a thread I started a thread late October, and another one in January and February, to try to stay on track, "JUST FOR A DAY".
We have had over 500 replies each month, so I am going to restart this each month. This has helped me tremendously, to start each day new. It has kept me going, and to keep on trying, one day at a time. And, I've met some wonderful friends along the way! Reading others goals for just one day has given me so much inspiration and goals to set for myself.
If I can do this for JUST ONE DAY, well, maybe that one day will lead to another day, an entire week, an entire month, and this will help me to develop better habits for my life, taking this one day at a time.
So each day I am going to post what I would like to accomplish. While I post my "Just for today" list, I am also going to post how I did the day before, so I am accountable to you guys as well.
Would anyone like to join me!! I am always so encouraged reading others goals, and together, we can all reach our goals for 2015 and beyond. I hope to keep doing this, starting a new thread each month.
March is a new month, a fresh start!
To bookmark this new thread, just click on the little yellow star. That book marks it, so you can find it easy. When you go to post again, to the right at the top of your page is a bell, a star, and a little flower. Click on the star, and it will show your book marked threads.
Anyone can join!
I'm not sure I'm posting in the correct place I'm new to this
But just for today
I'm not going to eat chocolate
Get to the gym for 40mins
And drink at least 3 glasses of water0 -

It's awesome that he joined you when he realized he couldn't convince you to stay with him. I ended up going on my own last night. I don't blame my wife for not wanting to go...she works 60+ hours most weeks and we get up at 5:30am to walk the dogs before work, so by the time the 7:00pm Crossfit class rolls around, its about the last thing she wants to do.0 -
Have not had the best 2 weeks, and my weight shows it. Its like I am starting all over again, and feel so down on myself. Why can't I learn that eating sugary things will not help my daughter, will not help me with the stress that goes along with her illness, something I am unable to control.
So again, I am keeping it simple. I am so sorry for not being a better friend to you guys, and not being here more. Its one day at a time. My weight is reset, and today is a new day.
just for today
1. log every thing I eat
2. Mediate for 10 minutes about what is good in my life. Relax, sit out on our patio and enjoy nature.
3. walk0 -
Just for today, 4/11
1-I'll be less judgemental of myself
2-Be more supportive of myself0 -
