    Successes/struggles this week: 1- I tried to be good at Easter, but my grandmother's potato salad was delicious! 2- I walked more this week than I have in a long time, and it felt AMAZING! 3- My son is sick with some sort of viral illness, which means no sleep for Mama. I'm trying going to bed earlier so I can catch up on shut eye, but he's been getting up almost every 1-2 hours. Hopefully he gets better soon! I hate seeing him sick like this :'(

    Successes/struggles this week: Went out drinking with friends 3 times during the week. Never realised how much calories vodka has. Always thought it was 0 or close to it. Must've gotten about 1500 cals from vodka alone and another 1000 from cider. Thinking I may have been able to lose another pound, if I didn't go drinking, and instead was exercising during those times and eating just a few cals of food. Haha ;D

    After my weigh in on April 1, i took a few days off; hence the weight gain. I originally set a 15 pound goal, but i upped it to 20 pounds.

    I've been away from home (at school) and making all my own meals, which has helped me feel a lot better (no more bloating!) and given me more energy... then I moved for my practicum placement for two months where I frequently ate out (way too lazy to cook!) and binged on a lot of GF baked goods and sugar. Just did groceries for the next three weeks and I'm really looking forward to home cooked food and going back to my yoga studio daily!
