I must admit that my exercise for the past few days has been working on landscaping projects and kitchen remodeling. I'll probably get back to my usual activities by next week...

Yesterday evening I took my longboard for a nice, long cruise along the shores of Lake Geneva. It was beautiful!

4mi Run, first time I've broke 5K and a 10 minute mile for years. Pretty crap compared to everyone else here, but it's something.

30 minutes jogging on the treadmill. Trying to get back up to 3+ miles from a knee injury, I did 2.75 miles today then walked the rest.

    If it doesn't rain--tennis.
    If it does-- yoga?
I would much rather be outside! :)

Plan is an evening yoga class, and a short cardio workout. We'll see what I actually get through though.

I'm just going to go trail-walking this evening because the gym isn't accessible today. Boooooo. I was really looking forward to a good hard ride on the stationary bike.

Morning: 35 minutes of intervals on the treadmill (9 km/h in fast and 7 km/h in slow).

Evening: 45 minutes breaststroke laps (1600m in total).

Plus some DIY (hanging curtains and lights) and some incidental walking.

5km rowing, leg extension, lat pulldown, low row, lateral raise, shoulder press, ran out of time for triceps extension and sort of mad at myself for that. I just had to cram those last 500m in.

I might try to do it right before I leave work later.

Heading to a trampoline park with my BFF. We're going to get silly, act like children and literally bounce off walls. Wahoo!!
