Last night I did All Pro heavy day again, because I missed Wednesday. Also walked to the gym, since it was finally nice enough to do it. Tonight is C25K, tomorrow I'm gonna dance my *kitten* off. Why can't we say *kitten* anymore???0

Yesterday afternoons Pecs/Tris Recap:
1) BB Bench Press: 95x20, 115x16, 135x12, 215x4x8, 225x7, 245x4, 255x3, dropsets——> 205x7, 185x6, 155x10, 135x10.
2) Dimel Deadlift: 135x12, 225x10,3x8.
3) DB Bench Press: 60x8,10,8,8.
4) DB Incline Press: 50x8,10,8,10. (Go up).
5) Cable Crossover - High: 20x20,15,12,11.
TOTALS: 39,640 lbs. 6 exercises. 34 sets. 90 mins long. 10/10 self rating.0 -

Rode my bicycle to/from work, round trip about 11 miles.
This is my second ride in a week, after not riding for probably at least 5 years.
Last Sunday, I did the same ride (other than going down the last hill), just to see if I could and to learn how long
it takes, so I could be sure to leave plenty of time when I did it for real.
Today, I was 5-10 min faster, which is nice.
Going down the stairs to my workroom was ... interesting ... Wasn't entirely sure my legs would hold me up.0 -
TRX/Spin fusion class this morning and Week 1/Day 2 of C25K this afternoon. I'm beat!0

34 minutes on the stationary bike (at a higher intensity level, woohoo progress). Tomorrow I'm walking a 5K on the trails with an eye to shaving some time off the one I did on Wednesday.0

Walked at 4.5 mile per hour pace for 90 minutes then transitioned to pick-up sticks in the yard. Its kinda like lunges or squats for homeowners with lots of trees. My legs & glutes are screaming!0
