            Back, biceps, abs. Cardio - 30 min (20 arc trainer, 10 ellipse). Lots of stretching after.0

            Yesterday: Blood bus broke down, so didn't do that. Instead did some light incline treadmill for 25 minutes and some lifting with the rest of the time.

 Today: 7km rowing about 30 minutes ago and today is grocery day, so going to be lots of running around after work for that.0

            Walking, recumbent bike, elliptical, and a couple of work outs on xbox kinect...gonna do some more a little later. It's hard with kiddos. I get it in where I can. Some days are better than others though.0

            I nanny for a 7 month old...so for 5 hours a day I am carrying him, walking around the house, up and down stairs, lifting him over my head, rocking him, and rolling him in his little car...so that's my workout lol0
