Pork tenderloin with oven roasted potatoes and cauliflower (with cheddar on them).0

Roast beef with red skin potatoes and brussel sprouts. Another 30 minutes before it is ready. *drool*0

i didn't even realize it was smiling at me until after i had plated it.
I think I'm going to have an omelette for dinner tonight, although, they never look as good as this.0 -
I had two sandwiches for supper tonight. One a ham, turkey and Pepper Jack. The other pork loin. Also had mixed veggies, green beans and a carrot. Very good.

I made a home made pizza with onion, green pepper, olives and mushrooms.
Fresh cantaloupe and pineapple was on sale at the store for $1 so I had that for dessert.0 -
Tomorrow's 10AM snack of sliced cucumbers and grape tomatoes, lunch is chili lime chicken legs, lime cilantro rice, and fresh peas , and 3PM Snack of cheese and sliced apple.

It's stir-fry night chez avskk -- pork, vegetables, and quinoa with homemade sauce (probably just rice vinegar and fish sauce because: lazy).0

Margie cooked honey glazed carrots as well as green beans {fresh out of the garden} and potatoes to go with the leftover peas, creamed corn and Larro chicken. It sure was good.

Last night was home made beanie wieners and mac and cheese. (It was the 5 year old's turn to pick out dinner and help make it and that is her favorite meal) Stayed within my counts. Tonight will be "pig's butt" that I put in the crock pot this morning before I left for work and green beans. I love seeing all the meals on here. Really give me new ideas for meals. I need to learn how to do the stir fries, and start taking pictures.0

Meals for today, minus dinner tonight. That will be homemade 3 cheese pizza.
Oatmeal with raspberries (and a drizzle of honey that came after the picture). 10 AM snack of hardboiled egg (and probably some of the cheese) and a 3PM snack of cheese/Apple. Lunch is chili lime chicken leg with cilantro rice and peas. Grape Tomatoes and sliced cucumber. The garnish shapes are radishes and carrot chips.

I woke up hungry today. And after eating every chance I got, I was still hungry at suppertime. So I picked up a rack of ribs from the deli at Harvey's. Also had baked beans, mixed veggies with extra corn, stir-fry veggies with green beans and a couple of slices off a telera roll. Not too bad.
