First run after my marathon last Sunday. Felt ok but my left calf is still super tight thanks to the stupid slopes on the road last weekend! I just need to be very careful on it as it is the same one I pulled last fall. Ugh.0 -

Dennie and Briebee- thanks! It's sore, but not painful to walk on.
Kicked off this month's running challenge with no running- a quick 10 miles on the bike and 500 meter swim in the ocean. Wind was ferocious out there.
My dad picked up my race packet for Sunday and said the expo was a madhouse. Assuming the ankle is up to snuff, it'll be a fun weekend!0 -

May 1- strength training
I don't like it when my first day of running for the month won't fall until the 5th! But I had strength training today and again Monday, then probably biking both Sat and Sunday! So that means I will run 3 days in a row on T/W/Th. Can't wait! Hmmm, depending on how much biking I do on Sunday, maybe I will run Monday anyway.0 -
I'm shooting for 116.2 in May. I'm feeling like I have my sassy pants on since I met my April Goal (it only took me 3 months to meet one, LOL)
Bloomsday is this Sunday in Spokane, WA. Anyone else going to be there? I'm getting nervous...
