I agree. Acg, it all looks amazing. The only things I don't like the look of are the cods head and the ox heart with egg yolk, but I would have tried them because I trust people who put food together like that know what they are doing.

Pasta with pine nuts.
Salmon with potatoes, beans and lemon/caper butter.
Brunch out. Crumpets with honey, custard, honeycomb and toffee peacans.

Cods head was baked and all the meat was super tender, the ox heart was slow cooked and really really tasty. Really good food over there0 -

Dinner- Chicken apple sausage patties, sweet potato, brussels sprouts and garlic parmesan mashed cauliflower

Homemade Turkey Spicy Sausage Patties, Omelet with Leek, Shitake Mushroom and Asparagus, Cherry Tomatoes grown in my garden with Balsamic Vinegar, Whole Wheat Baguette, Iced Tea with Sweet n Low. Total 498 cal, 29g Carb, 27g Fat, 34g Protein, 4g Fiber, 1024mg Sodium.
