    Totally forgot about mentioning this :/ thanks for reminding me. I'm probably gonna do a task once a week but will be like week goals.

    I feel like since this is the first week I want you to list some goals that you are gonna/wanna do for this week (list however many you want)

    Mine are:
    - drink at least 8 glasses of water
    - eat within my calorie limit
    -eat healthy foods
    - exercise everyday for at least 30-45 minutes

    I am in, my last weight in weight was 245. I will not weigh in again until wednesday! So for now I will say starting weight for this challenge is 245. I'm going to really put it into gear because I am going to reach for 10 pounds lost by July 4th. Good luck to myself and everybody else.

    I'm in. I really need motivation. I will weigh in tomorrow morning.

    My goals:
    Stay at or right below my calories
    Exersice at least 5 days this week.
    Drink at least 8 cups of water
    Spend at least 45 minutes cleaning everyday

    Kristina - just choose a weight loss goal from now till 4th July - something you CAN achieve and then aim for it. Weigh in each week and track your progress, natter for support etc and it'll soon be July and we'll all have met our goals! lol

    1boy-4girls - I love your weight loss goal weights! I went up with each of my 3 too - am pre baby 3 now so onwards to pre-baby 1 by the end.

    Great to 'see' everyone aboard.

    Okay, I'm ready with all stats!

    Starting Weigh-in: 116 (that was a nice surprise this morning!)
    Challenge Goal: 110. Its a stretch. But I'm going to stretch right on to it!

    I'm looking forward to being this with you guys!

    My goals for the week:

    Eat healthier
    Drink as much water as possible
    Exercise Tues am, Wed and Thurs pm
    Run my 5k on Sat in 1hr45mins or less
    RELAX on Sunday ;-P

    That's a little over 2lbs a week, but I know I can do it. I have to keep the momentum going.

    porffor - I have gained with every kid. I lose a little each time, but not down to pre-pregnancy weight. Now that I am done having kids, I need to lose the weight. No more using pregnancy as an excuse!

    Hello All! Hope I'm not too late - logged in today for the 1st time in quite awhile hoping I'd find a challenge to help me stay accountable.

    I'm Amy, Mom of 3 (9,7,5)

    My CW = 205

    Since I had my last baby (5 years ago this coming Sunday) I have gotten down to 178 at least 4 times. Then I lose focus, and I'm back up around the 200 mark again.

    My goal by 4th of July is to be down 12 pounds (~193).

    My other goals are:

    1. Log food each day
    2. Avoid Caffeine
    3. Increase activity level.

    Looking forward to this challenge!

    Hi All- I am happy to join a new challenge, this will be my first one so I hope I do okay!

    My CW-203
    My goal by the 4th of July is to lose 12 pounds so GW 191!

    I have been fighting a weight loss battle forever it seems like. I really want to get down to a healthy weight level.

    I have a hard time excercising, and getting my butt up off the couch, but the worst part is food. I LOVE food! I wish all of you luck! Feel free to friend me, I can use all the support and encouragement I can get.
