What is the last thing you ate?

The last thing I ate was one large boiled egg and half of a pretty fat cucumber. I'm trying to consume at least 5 small meals a day for the goal of weight loss. I currently weight 255 and need to be in the 120-130 range for my height (5'2). I'm tired of appearing overly confident to hide the pain that I feel from being plus size. It's time for me to truly be happy and confident!0

Zucchini and pepperoni frittata. It was delicious I chop up 30 grams of the little pepperoni slices so that the flavor goes all through the eggs for not many calories (140 cal for 30g) plus the egg and zucchini calories of course.0

Strawberry frosted mini wheats (25 biscuits exactly, I counted lol), 1/2 cup of whole milk, 1 hard boiled egg, and a bottle of water. 335 calories and I'm stuffed!0

Two squares of Vegemite chocolate.

I ate a cup of fresh mixed berries as a snack.
Why-because they are sooo good and low cal. I need to eat 1,400 calories to lose 7 lbs in one month.0 -
Dinner - Fulka with aloo gobi, 2 kofthas in gravy and 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese which didn't go well with the Indian fare but it has few calories. 1 Strawberry and 1 ounce mango low fat yogurt for dessert.0

Why? im hungry at work and its cold so perfect meal

Congee with spinach, mushroom and about 3/4 chicken breast in the whole pot, with plenty of soy sauce.0

Veggie and whole grain pasta soup that was 6 hours ago though lol0

I ate a piece of apple crisp with my bare hands like a gorilla. Not going to lie. All looking around guiltily and snorting. It was incredible.
No regrets, either. I logged it. It fit into my calories for the day. I crushed it in my workout. I savored every finger-licking second.0 -

Stir fry with chicken, spinach, broccoli florets and hearts, mushrooms, leeks, celery, garlic, red chili pepper flakes, and some kind of hot sauce, washed down with an unsweetened green tea from Starbucks.0

Last thing I had was Ika Mentaiko (Cured squid with spiced cod caviar). Amazingly fresh and melt in your mouth. All my troubles just faded away. Felt sad when it ended. Like with all my meals.0
