30 DAY SHRED BUDDIES

I am looking for a few friends to dedicate their workouts to 30 day shred with me, I plan to do it for 3 complete rounds.. I need a few people who would like to join me. at each 10 day interval I will post progress pics along with measurements on my profile, I would like friends who will do so as well thanks! please add if you would like to join

I will be able to post before pictures and measurements this evening before the first workout0

I will start today too. I don't have real weights and I was thinking to fill some bottles with sand maybe. Any better idea? How much they weight? I will post photos soon. I think I will set the goal for 30 days of workout with one or two days break in a week.0

Yea great !! Yes you need rest days I just do. 2 within the 10 day period so only actually 8 workout days before reporting progess0

Do you know how heavy are the weights that they use?0

I believe they only use 5lbs I use 7.5 currently but you can use whatever is best for you0

Finished my first workout. Wasn't easy but it went by fast. I even bought two 5 lbs dumbbells for this. I was also under calorie goal today. I hope i will see results soon! I also posted my beginning photos on my profile.0
