Jogged a 5k at 5.5mph for the 3rd time in a week, and can safely say that I have fully completed c25k.
After I finish two more sessions this week, next week will start a focus on speed.0 -
Ran 3 miles this morning, and did Zumba in the evening.0

Today I'm teaching my first Aqua Zumba class in a new location and maybe I'll ride my bike to get there.0 -

Didn't hit the gym yet today but last night i did 10 min on the treadmill: 3mph and level 15 incline, 20 min on the arc trainer and then did weight training on my triceps chest and shoulders.0

C2 Rower Intervals. Damper @ 10. Was going to do 10x250m rows <135/500m. Ended up killing myself w/ 5x500m rows <140/500m, 168BPM HR. Wasn't ready for the 500m intervals yet.0
