    Multi grain flat out wrap
    Artichoke hummus
    Spinach
    Plain artichoke hearts
    Hearts of palm
    Shredded carrots
    Black beans
    Sirachi hot sauce

I just tried artichokes last week. Now I'll need to look for the artichoke hummus! What are Hearts of palm? Sounds tropical - probably not available in the Northeast? Sirachi hot sauce sounds yummy.

Today I used Flat Out Bread
    deli ham
    hot pepper relish
    fresh greens
    laughing cow garlic & herb
    tomato

I don't know how this combo will be - That's what's fun about a wrap - you use whatever you have and the taste is always a surprise.

What kind of wraps are you all using? Some of you are eating 2 - are they 6"in stead of the 8"? The lowest calorie wrap I've found is 100 calories.

My local grocery store has 6" flour tortillas that are 90 cal per. They're thinner than a mission tortilla but tasty.

Whole wheat tortilla with one tablespoon of hummus, about an ounce of sliced grilled chicken, and about one quarter of a red bell pepper cut into strips. Simple, but flavorful!

    These all sound excellent.
I take leftover chicken breast, onion, mushroom and green pepper, sautee it all in a pan long enought to heat, but keep the crunch and add any spices/herbs you feel like for the day. Top with just a bit of shredded cheese.

Tonight I had Flat Out light Italian flat bread, chicken salad, romaine lettuce, and sliced tomato. I also love doing smoked turkey, swiss cheese, romaine lettuce, sliced tomato, low fat mayo, and brown mustard. The other night I made an Italian "meatball" sub made with ground turkey and melted mozzerella cheese- YUM!!!!!!!!

Last week for lunch I made one with lettuce, tomato, some light ranch dressing, a few croutons, and some cooked shrimp.
