My goals is to lose 10 pounds in the next 10 weeks and to take more walks with my kids!! And to cut back on my water...I was drinking 128oz a day and was told by my nutritionist that that is WAY to much for me and that I need to cut down to 80oz a day :ohwell: So I'll have to work on that as well...water is all i drink so I didnt think I was doing too bad...but I guess I was..

Nutritionist is a GREAT tool! I hope to see one someday. Too much water call flush essential nutrients from your body. I'm curious to see which vitamins I actually need to take supplements for. I don't want to be taking a bunch of pills in the morning that I don't need. :flowerforyou:0 -

What worked for you the last 10 weeks? I've only resumed my weight loss efforts within the last four weeks. I've been doing Turbo Fire, which has not only kept me interested, but has also given me great results.
What are you goals this round? My goals are to lose 21 pounds, to continue TF, and to get myself ready to begin C25K.
What are you going to do the same or change this time? I'll continue TF and add three more weight training days to my schedule.0 -

What worked for you the last 10 weeks? I've been back on MFP full time for the last month, but I've been doing TurboFire and Zumba.
What are you goals this round? My goal is to lose 29 lbs in the next 10 weeks (-2.9 lbs per week).
What are you going to do the same or change this time? I'm going to keep using the same programs, continue watching my calorie intake and add a some cycling to my schedule for the next 10 - 12 weeks.0 -
Welcome to all of the new pin ups!!! And thank you very very very much Rach for all your hard work and effort!!! I lost over 22 pounds during the last challenge and would really love to lose 15-20 for this one (that would put me very close to my goal). Hello pin-ups! I'm looking forward to the next 10 weeks, I plan to lose 10 pounds. I need to stick with logging all my food/drinks and working out at least 5x a week. That seems to be the only thing that is getting the weight off.

I am just so darned excited about this! Maybe it's just me, but I'm (really rather recently) loving the whole old school pinup image... I've been browsing for "eventually" clothes, and I'm even looking into how one gets started wearing the shoes. ^_^ For me... This is a big deal! I mean, I've been a sneakers and flats and crocs girl for forever, so HEELS?!? Definite learning curve. ^_^0

The name of this group in itself makes me want to join, if I'd be welcome. I've been going through a lot the past few weeks and have been binging which is NOT good as I have my first pinup shoot in the next month or so and have been trying to make my legs a little less floppy before it

Rach, I am really excited that you are doing this. I keep telling everyone - I have 10 weeks. I can do this for just 10 weeks! I know that this has to be a lot of work for you, but it really means a lot to us!!

I haven't been doing very good for the past 10 weeks. I have been overeating a lot! Exercising more too, but definitely eating too much.
Goal for the next 10 weeks - lose 10-15 lbs, be somewhat prepared for the Warrior Dash I'm doing July 24, and also be confident for the boudoir/pinup shoot I am doing later in the summer.0 -
misschocolate, I've gotta ask - what KIND of mary janes? I've seen so many, and they never look right to me - of course, I'm still new enough to this that very little looks 'right' outside of sneakers, so I may well be seeing it, and just looking right through it! I think the hardest thing for me is that I walk heel-heavy - so when I'm in heels, I feel like I'm going to snap the heel off the shoe! XD
I have a large need for a bunch of the dresses on pinupgirlclothing.com, but don't know where else to shop if I don't want to go the DIY route. Therefore, I'm issuing a plea for links! Clothes, shoes, whatever you've got! ^_^0 -
