    1. You look great.
    2. Thats a massive achievment so be proud of yourself, specially for being so young (not patronising) but also because you seem to have done it with sensible levels of nutrition, hard work and exercise.
    Well done. Enjoy.

Very inspiring... I'm 3 weeks in and I was nervous about my lack of results thus far... But I think instead of weight training, I will do more interval training.

Hello to everyone from im Lima - Peru.
I need help, I measure 6 feet and 2.80315 inches, weight 298 lbs with 35% of fat, my goal is to lose 88 lbs.
I have a big problem I am intolerant to insulin and that is why I decided to make a ketogenetic diet (low carbs)
Breakfast: 6 egg whites with 4 turkey bacon strips and a half of avocado.
Mid morning: 1 scoop of whey protein
Lunch: 9 oz of chicken breast and salad
Mid Afternoon: 1 scoop of whey protein
Dinner: 9 oz of chicken breast and salad
*Every 10 days i make a carb load or a refeed

My training is something like this:
    Mon / Wed / Fri
Full Body Workouts with compounds (Squats, Deadlift, Pull ups, Bench Press, Rows, Military Press)
    Tue / Thu / Sat
30 mins of Interval Training and 30 mins of steady state and ABS

Guys, please help me, thank you very much!!
    Best Regards!!

I'd have to say it's a tie between staying away from pop & I keep spraining my ankles lol.. When I really want pop I will go buy different fruits like raspberries & lemons & put them in water & that ends up tasting better anyway- when I sprain my ankles I just work on my upper body &make sure I rest to get them better

& emotional eating. Instead I will paint my nails, take a shower, or even just something as simple as putting a nice smelling lotion on my hands to make me feel better :)
