I've been beating myself up since my scales says zilch, notta, nothing, no change lately. I just got back from a funeral and a girl I hadn't seen in a while said "I didn't recongnize you, you look different, like smaller, a lot smaller". I told her I had on flats and she said "no, you've always been short (thanks!), you've lost a lot of weight". No but thanks anyways!!!

Hat tip to another MFP member for pointing this out, but yesterday I realized that I've crossed below the lie weight I've told the driver's licensing office for many, many, years.

I'll be at my goal weight later this year. It'll be a pleasure to renew next time.

Oh, wow! I just read this and went to get my driver's license to look at it. My highest weight was 230 when I started this process, and my "lie weight" was 220 on my license. On Sunday, I weighed in at 190!!!! Not only am I 40 pounds down now, I am 30 pounds under my "lie weight"!!!!!

Congrats to you and a hat tip to you as well. Thanks for posting this, this has made my day!! :)

@LaceyBirds my pleasure. Thank @wishiwasarunner for the idea!

How many of us had lie-weights on our drivers licenses I wonder!

I just pulled both of mine out to check! Luckily PA never listed a weight or it would have been way off! I've lived in CA for the past few months and this is when I've lost all my weight. I am 2 lbs away from being at the weight on my CA license though! That was a 30 lb lie!!

I had to buy some new clothes today since my summer clothes are getting really baggy. I tried on a medium shirt, and it was too big - I had to get a small! EEEEK!!! It's been 10 years since I've been a size small! Granted, the shirt is a bigger make since all my other shirts are a medium. But I'm taking advantage to be excited!!! B)

    Victory indeed!!!

I'm slowly moving into maintenance (leaving on a six week backpacking trip next week, during which I hope to maintain since I don't have so much to lose). So because I'm stalling I did not really measure lately. Took measurements today, turns out I lost 7 cm (2.7 inch) across 4 measurement points in 4 weeks!

I listed my DL weight as 20 lbs. under my real weight at the time. I thought if I listed 50 or 60 lbs. less, I might get the side eye from the clerk.

I'm now 20 lbs. under my DL weight.

May not be a NSV per se, but I stopped logging for the last two months or so and only gained a pound. I know, it's not the same as maintaining or losing, but I guess I've started to ingrain in myself the fact I can't pig out, that I should have really sensible breakfasts and lunches, etc.

I bought a top to wear in April on my cruise. It was too tight to wear so I put it in a drawer. I have it on today and it is baggy and I keep having to pull up the neckline.

Donated blood today and when they asked me my weight I was happy to give the number.
Comfortably in a men's medium shirt. I bought a unisex medium shirt on vacation as a 'maybe in a month or so' shirt and this past weekend I put it on no problem. I didn't feel the need to tug at it like I used to have to with my unisex large/XL shirts :).
One part of the training I do at work for new hires is to go around the room and discuss hobbies and what we enjoy. I always know one of mine will be running/half marathons. This most recent group was excited to talk to me during breaks about working out and races...it felt nice having people not look at me like I was lying lol!

My weigh is lower than my drivers license, and I know I probably fibbed by 10 lbs when I got it. I just got my renewal postcard in the mail. Unfortunately I look older..... Blaugh.....
I had a lady in my quilt guild tell me she should take a picture of me to inspire her to loose weight.
People say things like you have lost weight, or look good, and I don't think they really get it that's it's a daily struggle for every pound you loose. And the last 15-20 lbs I have now are going to be the worst. I do feel better the last 6 months and am very happy I started logging and everything. I know I can do it, and will do it, just keep doing what I am doing and try to be as active as I can.
    Keep up the posts everyone!

I just posted this on my profile, but figured I may as well share here too: I've just discovered one of the best feelings, being able to wear an 'over-sized' style top without looking like I'm just trying to 'hide my fat', i.e. it's a floaty top and I still have a visible waist! It's all worth it just for that, haha. I'm not toned at all so I have lots of wobbly bits, naked me is quite scary lol, but in clothes at least I actually have figure definition. Yay!

    You're adorable, congrats!

I've done yoga once a week for two weeks and I've already got my flexibility back to touch the floor with my legs straight.

Thanks! I hope to get my palms on the floor in two weeks.

I'm actually hyperflexible which means I can do a lot with my body, I just don't have the strength to hold it, hence the yoga. We're working on my weak points (my hips) like a boss.

Does anyone else have problems with inverted triangles? I feel like I'm one gust of wind away from going over.

I ran 1.5 miles tonight for the second time since I started running a month ago. I cut 27 seconds of my time which I was proud of. The best part was I then immediately played 40 minutes of tennis with my fiancé after. 3 months ago I wouldn't of even played tennis without complaining. I'm also much more agile and play much harder now. It's a lot of fun now. The increases in my cardio stamina have been incredible.
