    Supper was turkey noodle stir-fry, a carrot, grapes, Armenian cucumber and ham, turkey, Colby Jack and cabbage on a toasted Bolillo roll. Very good.

    ^^ I've yet to have an Armenian cucumber this summer. Can't find them!

    Tonight was an egg salad sandwich, chilled green beans, and some cherries.

    That was my first one off the 2nd planting. The first time around I was so concerned about getting big ones for seeds that I didn't eat a lot of them. Now I have about 50 young plants all in full bloom. They should last until frost.

    Lucky. Those are my favorite cucumbers.

    Pork loin chop, green and yellow beans, garlic dill baby potatoes, carrots and corn on the cob all done on the BBQ, or and a couple slices of tomatoes.

    Supper was a mix of mixed veggies, stir-fry veggies, green beans and corn, as well as an open faced ham, turkey, Colby Jack and Pepper Jack sandwich. Very good, but after the huge calorie burn I had putting in a water-line in the garden today, I'm betting there will have to be a major late night snack to near my goal.

    The cupboards are bare for this Mother Hubbard. :P I had to make do with the work cafeteria today. The cashier can never seem to figure out how to charge me. It's not quite salad bar... it's not quite sandwich...

    It's pure YUM though!!

    I only stopped for a few minutes to eat supper. No time to cook. It was ham, turkey, Colby Jack, Pepper Jack and a pickle on a toasted Bolillo roll, carrot, mixed veggies, green beans and grapes. Very good. {I had ice cream after it was too dark to garden}

    I know I'm not the only one who likes food porn, so I'll share some of mine if you will share some of yours. I made a salad out of a bag, adding pork tenderloin, tomato, onion and green beans. I did forget to add the olives, but it was still good.

    I had office relief today, so I took Margie to Main Street Station for supper. We shared chips and salsa, then I had steak and chicken fajitas with rice and refried beans. Margie had the surf and turf special and gave me her steak. It tasted good, but all I did was taste it. Too much good Mexican food to force myself into eating it.

    Supper was all leftovers, except the toast. And that was the part Margie cut out of the middle of her roll. It was steak and chicken fajitas, steak, sweet potato and toast. I did have a cucumber too, but it didn't make the picture.

    Argentinian butter garlic steak, broccoli gratin, a glass of wine...and maybe a handful of grapes if I'm feeling saucy (and have enough room left in my tummy, which is doubtful).

    No pic, but Bowtie pasta, with arugula, onion, turkey bacon and garlic. So tasty.

    Supper tonight was chicken and rice, green beans, mixed veggies, steak and a slice of pound cake. Most of it was from an extra fundraiser plate Margie bought at lunch. {and a big thank you to her for bringing it by my work} It was pretty good, but I'm bummed I forgot the cucumber I brought from home.

    Homemade African peanut soup, rockfish marinated in a lemon-honey marinate, green beans. Very low calorie dinner. Have calories left for coffee ice cream or yogurt later for dessert.

    Peanut butter and chocolate balls. This was late afternoon, before I ate supper.

    Supper itself was an open face ham, turkey, Colby Jack, Pepper Jack and White American sandwich, a carrot, Armenian cucumber, cucumber and steak and chicken stir-fry. All very good.
