I workout on the elliptical 60mins everyday and run for 15 mins on the treadmill.
My weak point is eating at night. I will have a great day and when I get home from work, the hell will let lose smh. #myfitnesslife#
Nonny try for more protein and water during the day so you're not hungry at night.
