oversharing works best when it's mutual. get your rest and we'll live to overshare another day.0 -

hey - i don't know if oversharing is a requirement or not...if it were, those of us who do it wouldn't be so obvious.0 -
I really need to get back to exercising. I have been so busy with work and home, I'm just spent and had to call it quits on the exercise for a little while.0
-
I haven't been allowed to and it's killing me. Had my heart echo yesterday morning so hopefully I'll be cleared at my next appt in a couple weeks. The humidity is gone and it's been beautiful out.0

When do they give you the results?0
-
I see the dr again on October 2nd. So I guess between now and then, no news is good news0
-
I don't understand why in veterinary medicine people get all bent out of shape if it takes more than 24 hours to get results but they are fine with it taking a month or more in human medicine. They charge more and take more time to get the results. We need to tell human doctors to get their act together and speed things up.0

Truth @sufferlandrian0

If your dog has metastatic cancer and it's vomiting blood. Don't ask me to fix him. I'm not Oral Roberts. I can't smack your dog on the forehead and say, "BE HEALED!!" Thank goodness the people were reasonable and when I told them I couldn't fix him and recommended euthanasia, they agreed to keep him from suffering more.0

Poor dog.0

Some people are reasonabe, for sure. Many think only of themselves, and keep the poor thing alive rather than help end its suffering.0 -
Will this night never end?! I'm tired and I'm tired of putting animals down. I'm ready to go home and hug the kids and go to bed.0

@sufferlandrian I hope you got some much needed rest.0

Get to hang out in my communication center alone tonight. My partner is out sick. Boo0

Spooky alone and in the dark0

I'm evening IT/Helpdesk/Network support...and i'm the only guy in the office - and LOVE it. the music gets turned up a little louder, and I can actually get stuff done. (All the while reading this week's version of "how do i spot reduce my stomach?" in the other forums)0
-
I wish it was dark but we have to keep the hallway lights on and the light comes in thru frosted windows. I wish I could vampire it out.
I don't mind too much. I get control of the tv, no huffing when the officers call in traffic stops, and I can keep my phone turned up. It's the little things lol0 -
@hamptontom - the MFP version of that usually goes something like: "I know you can't spot reduce, but how can I spot reduce my stomach/hips/thighs/legs?" followed by 362854578 pages of the OP getting mad because they are being told that they can't spot reduce.0

oh, man...it gets BRUTAL out there sometimes. and just as in real life, there are all kinds...from awesome people to flat-out *kitten*. some dude the other day said in a thread, "I just laugh whenever I see overweight people doing abs..." - how 'bout that, folks?
somebody called him on his abundance of compassion, but i think it was too little, too late. i don't have the energy for that kind of pointless confrontation anymore...but that don't mean i don't put it on a sticky note in my brain.
brains...the only part of the human body that it's ABSOLUTELY possible to spot reduce.

Rode my bike in to work tonight. It was pretty nice. I can't wait for my new bike to get finished. The bike shop is custom building it. Should be a sweetheart. It's going to have fenders and a bell. I'm going to ride around town laughing like PeeWee Herman. HaaHaa.0

That's my new frame, I'll show you the rest when it's done.0

fenders and a bell will be an interesting look with that frame...you just need a whitewashed wicker basket with plastic flowers on the front and you'll be SET.
seriously...i don't know where you live, but it's PERFECT bike riding weather in Nashville. especially at night.0 -
We've had snow already and it was 32 degrees when I left work this morning. It's supposed to warm up this weekend with highs in the high 60's. That will be perfect.0
-
Now I am in envy of you, @sufferlandrian. I love that kind of weather, can't wait for it here.0
