I've been following this thread for a while and everyone here has been so inspiring! I never felt comfortable enough to share my photos, but I'm down a total of 30 pounds since February 2014 and have been focusing on building strength recently. I'm 5'7" and started at 188 and am currently about 158.
I'm not "done" yet as I want to continue evolving and improving my fitness, so I see it more as long term. You can read more about my journey on my blog if you're interested https://findingkodex.wordpress.com/2015/05/20/in-the-beginning/
But, I want to thank everyone on the MFP forums for all of the support, inspiration and sense of community you've provided me to get me this far!

You're looking great @mugglewump701! And I'll bet you're feeling great too I'm about 5'6.5" and have lost 31 lbs since Feb too, so we're kinda like "weight loss twins" - lol I'm only planning to drop another 2-4 lbs total, but I'm going to stay focused on fitness overall too. Keep up the good work!

Current weight 145 pounds
Goal weight is 140
After I reach it I will probably try to get down to 135.

I've been stalking this thread since August when I decided to take charge of my health and life because I'm 5'7 and it's great motivation for me to see how far all you other amazing people have came!! I'm 6 weeks into my lifestyle change and although only down 5 lbs I feel completely different mentally and physically. Can't wait to see what 6 months brings! Hoping to tone and tighten up all the flab3

@Celestewhite321 Oh wow, so you have lost 38lbs in 5 weeks? Sorry that would be like 7.6lbs a week, so I just wanted to double check? Congrats on your lost but hope you are working with doctors and keeping it healthy.
Everyone really is looking good! Keep up the good work. Hoping my lost keeps up and at the start of the new hoping to share a new before and after.2 -
Thank you @kristinels ! The scale tends to psyche me out so I try to avoid it, but so far only 5 lbs! Just shows the numbers mean nothing!!

Hi no, sorry my baby was on my lap and fussing while I was typing. I started in July at 211lbs but seriously changed habits about 5 weeks ago weighing in at 189lbs. I have strict calorie intake and workout twice a day. I am determined2 -

5'7.5"
SW 238
CW 175
GW 160
Workout 5-6 days a week, includes strength training and HIIT cardio sessions. I also picked up running.
I eat around 1700-1900 a day. My weight loss is very slow now but I'm losing inches. It originally took me a year to lose 50+lbs with a decent deficit and cardio.
I'm always trying new workout challenges that keeps me interested. I eat pretty well but allow myself a cheat meal once a Week.

It's not a before&after, "just" a before&during:) I'm 5'6 and I started 3 months ago. 50 more lbs to go:) Keep your fingers crossed for me:):):)

Excuse the messy background in the first before and during, but these were taken two months apart and the "during" was taken today! I'm down 10lbs!!! My SW was 172, my CW is 162, and my 1st GW is 150. I'm somewhere in between 5'5" and 5'6" lol. Just wanted to share the little progress that I've made compared to all of the other ladies on here! You all are truly inspirational and I'm so thankful for the supportive MFP community!
