    @entwife It was a half marathon, Run Like a Diva in Long Island. Some may say, it is more of a walk, but it is my running pace. I'll take it!

    Today was challenging in many ways. I did manage to stay under calories for 4 days in a row. I think if I get some successful days together the scale will be kinder this week.

    Awesome, good for you! Who cares what other peoples pace is, it works for you and you're proud of it. Doesn't get much better than that!

    Day 3 - having a lovely friend to have coffee and chat with is worth all the tea in China. It makes my soul relax :)
