1. Get back in the saddle....stop beating myself up and start over.
2. 30 minutes of activity today
3. Think before I speak, even when the other person is snapping at me.
If I can do these three things today, I will consider today a huge success!
Ate healthy yesterday and stayed in calories. Didn't get my activity in...worked late and was exhausted (not an excuse I know, but I don't like walking in the dark without sidewalks in the neighborhood!). I did think before I spoke and did not snap back when snapped at. This is hard for me when it happens day after day, but I think I drew more flies with honey yesterday so that was a huge success for me!
@bri170lb Thank you for the encouragement. Feeling pretty down on myself right now so needed to hear something nice!
J4T - Wed. 11/4- Log my food and water
- 30 minutes of exercise
- Count to 10 before replying to negativity
- Research somewhere close by to go this weekend for some "me" time, hopefully in nature.

Inquire about Tae Kwon Do at gym. In my 20s, I loved the mind/body connection of this sport & would love to take it up again! I gave it up when things got too busy at work & I started a family. I remember being in great shape & having excellent focus while I did it. It will be interesting at 45.
