Still struggling....I am only 50% committed on item 1. Item 2, I am currently sucking at. Item 3 I am totally 100% on track with.

I had a rough day with cravings throughout the day. It's amazing that once the shut off time at 7pm comes, the crazy thinking of food stops. I might never be perfect but this challenge has really changed a really bad habit for me: Huge nightly binges.0 -
