    1. Drink 10 glasses of water per day
    2. No late night snacking
    3. Lift heavy four times per week

    Struggling this week. Am away tonight and thT should eliminate the LNS.

    Restarting.
    I had purchased a tornillo (Spanish version of Italian lobster claw) in the morning, and didn't get to eat it until way after dinner.

    Still struggling....I am only 50% committed on item 1. Item 2, I am currently sucking at. Item 3 I am totally 100% on track with.

    The great news is I have LOTS of room for improvement.

    I had a rough day with cravings throughout the day. It's amazing that once the shut off time at 7pm comes, the crazy thinking of food stops. I might never be perfect but this challenge has really changed a really bad habit for me: Huge nightly binges. :)
