2. Enjoy coffee with my friend this morning Karen brought me several craft kits. She has just downsized and had a clear out.
3. Attend Peace lecture after lunch This is a personal development course. Last lecture is next Mon.

Thanks! I decided not to do both a weights and cardio workout and I was fine. I just went for a walk after until I reached my 10k steps. I may have been overdoing it. I have a tendency to do that.0 -

3) Start on stripping project (it's FURNITURE people!)
