    Okay, this is kind of embarrassing to admit, but I don't even know how to begin going about setting my burn goal. Some advice would really be appreciated. :)

    Figure out how many days you will work out this week. Then figure out on an avg how much you burn doing you favorite exercise. Or say I will burn 300 or 500 calories a day. Pick a number that is reachable but challenge yourself to push a little harder. You can do it girl.

    This past week, I burned 2174 calories. For this challenge, I'm going to shoot for 3,000.

    My goal is to walk (at least) 3 miles every day, 6 days. I haven't been tracking exercise calories, but I think that's about 1200? I'm still focusing on the lifestyle change from sedentary to getting out for walks...

    Texakim, did you get all your questions answered? I couldn't tell if they covered it all for ya.

    This last week I got just under 2400 cals burned but that was with a really good race so I am not going to try to improve on that. 2400 is my goal. 400 x 6 a week.

    Okay, so now that I know what I am doing, my burn goal for next week is 1500. This is a big stretch from the 900 the last few weeks and the almost zero before that.
