Okay, this is kind of embarrassing to admit, but I don't even know how to begin going about setting my burn goal. Some advice would really be appreciated.

Figure out how many days you will work out this week. Then figure out on an avg how much you burn doing you favorite exercise. Or say I will burn 300 or 500 calories a day. Pick a number that is reachable but challenge yourself to push a little harder. You can do it girl.0 -

My goal is to walk (at least) 3 miles every day, 6 days. I haven't been tracking exercise calories, but I think that's about 1200? I'm still focusing on the lifestyle change from sedentary to getting out for walks...0

This last week I got just under 2400 cals burned but that was with a really good race so I am not going to try to improve on that. 2400 is my goal. 400 x 6 a week.0 -

Okay, so now that I know what I am doing, my burn goal for next week is 1500. This is a big stretch from the 900 the last few weeks and the almost zero before that.0
