    Last night was a success. Even tho I started to feel hungry, I said NO to LNS and I feel SO much better today! I have to remember that.

    I am here for the WHOLE month of December....and so this should really help me. When I was absolutely FOCUSED on NO LNS (say back in 2013 and 2014), my scale weight was actually OPTIMUM. For me, there is a LINK.

    Anyway, my streak is building and that BUILDS MY CONFIDENCE.

    Late night mindless eating is my worst! It's hard when I work & don't even get home until 730.

    First day.

    Goal: no eating after 830 pm.
    Eat at the kitchen table only not in front of the TV. Go to bed by 1030 instead of falling asleep on the couch ;) Drink min. 3L of water daily. Walk 4k at least 3x weekly.

    *looking for some mutual support &motivation if you'd like to add me to your friend list! Lost 50 lbs but back up 5..time to get serious!... goal is to lose another 30! Hard work & determination I will do this!
