    I gained about 5 pounds after Thanksgiving. On Sunday, I got back on track. I guess my goal is to get were I started in the first week. :)

    Non scale victory for the week: Best 3 mile run time on Saturday. Completely forgot to update this! I'm not sure how much I weighed exactly on the 20th, but I took the CW on the 17th, and the 27th weight on the 23rd ish so it would have been around that ballpark.

    NSV for the week - my doctor cleared me to start running again (after I fractured a bone in my foot). So hopefully I'll have consistent losses through the rest of the challenge!!

    I almost feel guilty for posting this. I really don't know how I have lost 7 lbs in two weeks. I have been eating between 1000 and 1200 calories daily and NOT exercising! I would have expected 4 lbs, but not 7 lbs.! Maybe it will give me a nice little cushion over the holiday stretch!
