Knowing I'd have to fess up was the ONLY thing that kept me from the Milanos.
Just came up with a good idea based on my advice to Gratefu11y about morning beverages. I am going to start drinking Good Earth Sweet and Spicy caffeine free tea whenever I feel the urge for a LNS. It tastes nice and sweet but no0 -

Posting for 2 days. Yesterday was super busy and the time just got by me. Just a note of hope for others...I was the world's worst LNS and I have to say that the longer you adhere to your "rules" the easier it gets to make good conscious decisions. I always check the clock at night before "grabbing" a snack and if it is after 8pm during the weekdays or 10pm on weekends, I switch to tea or water instead. Hang in there everybody!0 -

What if late night snacking is my dinner time?? I get home from work between 7 and 9, and every weekend, I basically don't eat all day and sit down to eat when I'm finally exausted!!
