Had a little setback one night - just had to have some Coke to settle my stomach.

Disappointed I couldn't keep the streak going, but I'll be happy if I keep LNS to 1 .
I'm rooting for the rest of you!! Keep your resolve and banish the LNS.
Here's a thought for people who have late schedules or need a snack, just use common sense and do what works for you. Maybe limit the caloric content of that bedtime snack or make your cut-off point a flexible one hour before bed.
