I'm at 162.8 today! It's not much, but since I was sick from Wednesday to Sunday (stupid sinus infection), I'm happy with it. Now that I'm better I'm going to be working hard again!
Goals:
1. Lots of water, every day!
2. Exercise every day, even if it's just 15 minutes.
3. Get to a normal sleep schedule. No more afternoon naps!0 -

1) Keep sodium under control
2) Keep drinking 10 cups of water a day minimum
3) Burn 5000 calories

3. Try not to give into temptation for unhealthy snacks.

Sorry I was so brief earlier, I was at work but wanted to log real quick before I forgot!

Sweet! I want to keep up my exercise, really focus on spreading my water intake out. I'm a big one for drinking like, 36 oz in the AM, then waiting until like 11pm to finish the rest. So I'd like to spread it out, and start 30 day shred this week. Not making any promises or set schedule for it, but I want to start it at some point! I just started a new job, training is an hour away and it runs from 9-6, so I have an 8:30-7:15 day for the next 4 weeks until my store opens. Getting acclimated is going to be rough, but I'll manage fiercely!

Don't Quit
When you've eaten too much and you can't write it down,

And learn too late when the damage is done,
that the race wasn't over...they still could have won.
Lifestyle change can be awkward and slow,
but facing each challenge will help you grow.
Success is failure turned inside out,
the silver tint in a cloud of doubt.
When you're pushing to the brink, just refuse to submit,
If you bite it, you write it....But don't you quit!

down to 133.4! i think i've kicked my slump.
my boot camp instructor recommended this breakfast and i think it's helped. i've been eating it for a week straight:
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
cinnamon
That sounds delicious. -wipes up drool on desk- :laugh:

this week 178.4
so a loss of 1lb!! yay
only 0.4 lbs off loosing half a stone!! can't believe it!!
well done for keeping it up for another week everyone! lets keep the momentum going and think how fabulous we'll feel once we get all this extra poundage off our backs!!
