    Today I walked 8 miles with lots of steep hills.

    Day 96, 30 minutes of upper body strength, 20 minutes low impact aerobics and 20 minutes mild stretching.

    Love this! Can I join? I started NYE and on Day 1 and 2, I did 60 min Zumba. We'll see what I get to today... Getting out of bed is likely a good start!

    So, since I haven't been going to the gym for awhile.. I am going to start my challenge again starting today to go to the gym for 100 days straight
    Day 1: 20 min on bike

    Day 97- 45 minutes of Les Mills combat. Bonus, 10 minutes of running stairs at the movie theater before the movie started. I would have done more stairs, but I didn't want to be uber obnoxious at the theater was filling up. :p
