So, since I haven't been going to the gym for awhile.. I am going to start my challenge again starting today to go to the gym for 100 days straight

Day 97- 45 minutes of Les Mills combat. Bonus, 10 minutes of running stairs at the movie theater before the movie started. I would have done more stairs, but I didn't want to be uber obnoxious at the theater was filling up.0
