I let Jillian kick my bootay this morning & then my hip started hurting again. So I went for an hour long walk at lunch & it feels a bit better. I hope I can get it worked back out. Feels like bone on bone a bit. OUCH!
I'm headed to the country club with my friend Heather tonight for a Jr Board meeting. I have over 900 cals left for the night & I'm gonna have FUN! Love sit down dinners & cocktails when its FREE!

Hello everyone: I really thought I was going to be at a 2 pound loss since I have consistently maintain 400 calories under my daily food log for 5 days straight! I have to take the one pound loss to date and start new video (recently arrived) 30 day shred and no more trouble zones both by Jilliian Michaels. Keep up the good work for those with better results than others. Others, stay motivated because we may lose more for our next weigh in.0 -

My next weigh in is June 16th. 7 is a whole lot of weight for a week, but keep in mind that I am a very big dude with lots to lose. 38 lbs since April 26th so far.0 -

Good morning, I hope the first half of the month was good for you all. My shoulder is finally starting to heal and I feel good enough to start exercising in order to reach my goal by the end of the month.
Today,I will go out for a walk before the sun comes out to much. I have got 2 places I need to go to and that will mean a 5k walk when I'll be done. My shoulder has now healed enough and the bouncing of an energetic walk won't be as painful as it was just a few days ago. I hope I won't feel to bad at the end though, I want to keep on walking. If I do a 5 k every day until the end of the month, I might have a chance to reach my goal.
I will also do 200 crunches, 150 squats and 100 overhead tricep extensions. I won't use any weight for those extensions and I am sure the will help with the healing process.
