I started Jillian's 30 day shred on Monday - have done it every day. I've been working my butt off running, walking & doing Zumba. I just don't get it! Grrrrrr.....
I think the 180s is broken from my scale; or maybe my scale is scared of the 180s.0 -

I have been doing a lot of Zumba, running and strength training these past few weeks. I have even been avoiding the weekend binging.
I mean to check in regularly but I have been so busy with work, exercise and trying to get a Zumbathon together for a fundraiser. Hopefully, next week I will be able to check in more.0 -

Just think, its probably the muscle build-up causing the weight gain!! I started JM 30 Day Shred on Monday also and when I weighed myself tuesday, I had gained 3lbs!! It'll be gone in a flash!! :drinker:

I was going to say the same thing. I am on vacation this week and finding it hard to eat right and get in exercise. I am not looking forward to weighing in when I get home.
We are now at the in-laws and out of the hotel so I got a 4 mile walk in this morning. It felt great but was a bit harder than usual. I think it was the altitude.

Goal this month is 5lbs.
Challenges to over come...our new treadmill just crapped out on us last night! Ugh! Now it's time to start lifting more weights I guess!
Positive attitude is another challenge I need to achieve this month!!

Well, I've missed a few weigh-ins...no excuse! But my weight for 06/17/11 is 138.8. Not sure if I will make my goal or not! It hasn't been easy that's for sure! Ugh! christina
