Didn't meet my goal yesterday--didn't feel well, was a work out rest day, blah blah blah....
But I'm back on it today. Today's goal is 8,000 steps. I can do it!

Today I almost doubled my daily steps goal . Walked around at the shopping centre, and also went for a 40 minute walk in the evening. Went even further today.0

Went very slow today, but I still wanted to make sure I got a walk in. One knee has been bothering me since yesterday. I'm not used to exercising daily, and I think my knee is mad at me for it!0 -
I use a Fitbit & so far I've been hitting my step goal almost every day. I need to tabulate my results!! Everyone has been doing so great!! Makes me want to go out & walk!!0

I have been walking at least 30-45 mins. a day but I haven't been tracking my distance. I know some days are slower than others but at least I'm moving.0

I forgot to update my steps on here yesterday lol.
Also I forgot to keep an eye on my steps at all today, so can't distinguish my non-work steps. >_< Now will be the first time i've checked my phone's pedometer all day!
Its been raining today and yesterday though, so my steps outside of work are down quite a bit.
Tomorrow if its not raining, I should hopefully go for a short run, or at the least go to the gym to cycle a little, if I can keep myself in a mood for it

Walking at work for 6-8 hours. Yay retail. Its good for sonething! Also walked yesterday for 20 min after dinner pushing my son in his stroller. We both enjoyed it.0

I've currently challenged myself to walk 5 miles a day after work for 30 days so I'm in. Currently on day 90

Went for an hour long walk today, with my brother. Its easier to walk longer when you're distracted by conversation. Accidentally left my watch at home though, so didn't get to count the steps. But according to my brother's fitbit it was 5500 steps.0
