Early post today... My goal this week is to create a meal plan and stick to it. My schedule is crazy, and I eat on the run so this should be fun! Plan today, shop tonight and prep in the morning as I work late. Logged my food for the past two weeks and discovered I eat lots of bad food. Lol. Who would have guessed0

I have been on this time around for just over 30 days. Tried before but it just wasn't the right time. Of course that just means I gained more that I now have to lose. lol0

What happened yesterday???
4/365!!!!! I didn't even realize I didn't post until just now. I logged my food, which is good, but I have to be accountable for everything! If one thing goes by the wayside then it will be easy to stop doing something else.... And then my excuses start! And boy!!! Do I have excuses0 -
It is easy to lose track of one little conversation. Don't be too hard on yourself. Today is a whole new day.0

Day 5/365- Late night=slow start!
Gotta get at'her!!! My niece and nephew are coming soon, gulp! Six and 3, with enough energy to spare. Then I'm off to work this aft! Grocery list done, so I'm off to stock up on all the right stuff! I need more protein, and way less carbs so my new plan should do it!
