I'm glad i found this challenge.....i will do gr8 all day and then ruin everthing in a matter of minutes at night... AARRRGH!!! I choose ME over LNS, 2nite it begins!!!0

Yeah, it's not easy some times I just crave getting something to nibble on but I try to refocus and do something else, even if it's to jot down some notes for work, or a to do list. I do like a to do list and when you get to cross things off that you have done it's a great feeling. Anyway I digress. You go this all you NO SNACKERS.
We have just gotta keep trying, one day at a time!
I think of you lot, and it keeps me on track!
January goals- Finish eating at 9pm 5/7 nights per week.
- Finish eating at 10pm 2/7 nights per week of my choice.
- Take it one day at a time.
