Hi I am planning to get from 209 to 160. I plan on loosing 10lbs by Feb.19 and would love for others to join for each other motivation. Post your breakfast, lunch, dinner, & snacks. Don't have to post everyday its just to give each other ideas. We will weigh in on Feb.19 Let's do this ladies!

    I'm in! Down 3 lbs. This week! 1200 calories a day - w/o 2-3 days a week. Eating smaller meals every three hours or so.

    Hi all, I'm in need all the motivation I can get...have recently put on 6lbs desperate to lose them & a few more...10lbs a good goal for me...weight today 11stone (154) Goal to get to 10st 4lb (145) by February 19th. GOOD LUCK :smile:

    I would LOVE to join y'all in this endeavor. I'm going on a cruise the 21st of February and this will be a GREAT incentive for me to kick it into gear this year!! Meal prep will take place today and tomorrow, and I intend to get thirty minutes of cardio in both days.

    I'm in! I'm down 20lbs in 2 months from working out only. I've only just started logging my food, so I'm keen to see how much my body changes in that time.
    Start weight today is 267lbs @ 6'0" (and, TMI, I just got my period, so I expect there is some bloat there :( ).

    Eating 1800-2100 calories a day, working out 5 days a week.

    My lunch was can tuna and 4 club house multigrain crackers. Dinner 3 oven fried chicken tenders and oven baked homemade fries. 6 bottles of water total today! Snacks special k protein bar & dorritos yes I said dorritos and I'm below my fat goal & sugar go meee!!

    I'm in! I lost around 20lbs last summer and I've gained 2-3lbs since then (weight now hovering around 182-183). 10lbs would get me near my short term goal of 165lbs.

    Today wasn't the healthiest since I went out to eat with family.

    Bfast - bread w/ avocado & pb
    Lunch - Chana Masala with Naan & Rice
    Dinner - Ensure (my weakness! :blush: )

    Sorry, I'm out. In order for me to lose 10lbs (real weight loss, not water weight) in one month, I would have to restrict my calories to less than 800 calories per day. I love my body too much to inflict such abuse upon it. I'll continue to lose my weight slowly, in a sustainable manner, while maintaining my current muscle mass and increasing my cardiovascular health, endurance, stamina and strength.

    And by the way, the word is "lose", not "loose".

    Ok... So I have never done this before but I am in! I am currently the heaviest I have been. Its time to make a change! 2 lbs a week for 5 weeks sound doable and healthy!
