The squat video is from November and is 240. It's a bit slow but it's a max. BW approx. 128.
Deadlift is from a while ago. Top set at 315. Best comp deadlift 145kg (320lbs) at 57kg bw. I don't get a ton of comp videos anymore.
@juliewatkin Solid lifts!! Soo close to that 2x bodyweight squat, and 3 plates at 128 is so impressive!1 -

I'm just going to link to my most recent and best meet video (don't worry, I only show my third attempt for each of my lifts so it isn't super long). That isn't actually my best bench or deadlift, but the only ones that count are in a meet so these are all meet lifts. :P
TL;DW: My best meet lifts are: squat 281lbs / 127.5kg, bench 126.7lbs / 57.5kgs, deadlift 347.1lbs / 157.5kgs at 147.6 / 67.0kgs bodyweight.
That is awesome! Great job!0 -

Thanks for the kind words. I have another meet coming in May and hope to improve my numbers a bit. Part of my issue is age; I'm 51 so I start to worry that I'm on the downhill slope.
Your numbers are great. I had to laugh a bit how they fell out. It looks like yours are similar to mine in that your bench doesn't count for much but your deadlift is kick *kitten*. I only once hit a body weight bench at a meet but my deadlift more than makes up the difference.0 -

Cheers mate, I'm quite heavy though, fluctuate between 117kg to 125kg0 -
Great videos in here! I'll hafta have my wife take some of me sometime. I should for form purposes anyway.
How do you all get videos of yourself solo? Just sorta prop the phone somewhere and edit all the prep out later?0 -
Hit 500 with sleeves Saturday morning. Could drop a little lower but this was after some pretty heavy volume so I'm pleased.
These will be my openers at USAPL State meet in Phenix City, AL on Feb. 20 Bench - 142.5kg (313.5lbs) Squat - 205kg (451lbs) Deadlift 205kg (451lbs)

@LolBroScience these are so smooth and speedy! Looks effortless. I hope to break 500 off the ground in the next month.

Thanks bud. I don't think I can break 500 now at a lower BW. The 500 pull was at 200 lbs BW, same with the 365 Squat and 3x255 Bench if I recall.0 -

$20 tripod. You can shorten the video right on the phone or on youtube later. Easy.0
