I had a scheduled strawberry jello snack to take with an antibiotic and pain pill. I had alot of dental work (nasal lift, extractions and bone grafts) yesterday. I'm on a antibiotic the next 10 days. 10pm will be a time to take one. I have to eat something with it. ☺
Wow...sorry to hear of all the dental work you've been having...ugh! If it were me, I wouldn't count the food you take with your antibiotics as a LNS, but that's just me. I hope you heal fast soon!!

I think I need to change the time to 9pm, getting off work at 8pm and not having a snack after 7pm is proving to be very difficult. Moving forward my goal is no snacking after 9pm.0 -

January goals
- Finish eating at 9pm 5/7 nights per week.
- Finish eating at 10pm 2/7 nights per week of my choice.
- Take it one day at a time.
Had to use one of my late extensions as we didn't arrive at our hotel until 9pm, and had not had dinner. Finished before 10pm local time which is 9pm GMT, my usual time zone. Either way:

CarrieA180...I hope you have a speedy recovery. Don't sweat the "snack" for pain pills, it is definitely better for you to put food on your stomach first to help prevent nausea and sick stomach. With all you had done the last thing you need is to be sick.0
