CarrieA180...I hope you have a speedy recovery. Don't sweat the "snack" for pain pills, it is definitely better for you to put food on your stomach first to help prevent nausea and sick stomach. With all you had done the last thing you need is to be sick.
Thanks! I don't need the pain pills anymore but still have 6 days left of antibiotics. Jello is working, no nausea.

I started 10 days ago, until now I've loste 2 lbs, my goal is 24 lbs for the beginning.
My result for the last 10 days is:
