    I see some great burns!! Great job.

    I am unable to exercise this week. Deep cough, can't talk or breathe, and feel feverish. Been sick since Monday. Sorry, but I will pick up the pace as SOON as I can! Hate to not even try, but it has been on my mind EVERYDAY that I have wanted to burn and eat good!

    I hope you feel better soon!

    I totally wrecked this challenge....
    I came home late from work everyday and went to bed....no exercise for me
    Will try to burn big tomorrow...wont reach my 2000 calories for the week but I'll burn as much as I can....

    Keep up the good work everyone!!!

    You can do it girl you have 2 days just need to burn 1000 a day! That is totally doable!

    Hi, all! I haven't posted my activity for each day like many of you, but my goal was 3000, and I have burned 2840 thus far. 807 of that today from Zumba...BURN BABY BURN!

    Monday: 60 min bike ride and walk dog ==581 burned....2419 left
    Tuesday: Zumba, bike everywhere, and used Rototiller====1478 burned.....941 left
    Wed: Zumba and a long slow walk with the dog======900 burned......41 LEFT!!!
    Thur: Walked dog, mowed lawn and gardened=====774......+733 extra WHOO HOOO
    Friday: REST day, I only biked to and from work.

    I gained weight, But hopefully I'm back on track. I just got to keep up with the long walks & hopefully the eating will get back to normal :wink: . On my bad days I've still been eating healthy, No junk food! Just eating way to many calories.

    Just completed BURN BABY BURN and then some!!!! And it's only Saturday!! So proud of myself! So far burned 4700 calories, so I'm over 700 and I'll probably do a light workout tomorrow, so that means I'll have over 5000 calories burned!! So if I can do it, know you guys can do it!!

    Burn challenge was 1500! (which for me... is a LOT), and I made it to 1558. Tomorrow I work all day, which is a work-out, but I'm not logging it. Maybe next sunday I'll wear my HRM just to see how many calories I burn just for kicks! :-) :wink:

    Hoping to see better results on the scale and with measurements soon!!!
