    I am 5'10" and i fluctuate between 168-171. I actually plan on putting a few pounds of muscle to get rid of some loose skin.

    height - 5'3 weight currently - 193.8lbs goal weight - 140lbs Started at - 202.0lbs For once I want to stop talking about loosing it and lose the weight. I have struggled for years. I was at 235 dropped to 160. Now back up to 200.

    5'9.25" 60 year old woman
    Start weight was 206
    Initial goal weight was 145.
    At 148 I called it quits and began maintaining. Been within 3 pounds varying daily for two weeks.
    I want to stay around 150. I like how clothes fit here.... I'm slender but another 5 down would make me too skinny in the face and collarbones.

    I want to build muscle so I'm guessing that I will be more along the lines of 140ish give or take a few pounds.

    I'm 5'8" I've currently slid back to 157 lbs (starting weight was 195) but had maintained for about 3 years between 136-145. Most comfortable at 140. Soooooo frustrated I let myself backslide during a rough personal time...8 rough months which included the major winter holidays and bam...here I am but I'm back keeping my diary so that keeps me on track but isn't the first week or so soooooo much fun. I told my husband (who I love dearly) I would have to stab him when he asked for a bite of my dinner last night. I told him at 1200 calories/day there is no "extra bites" lol.

    I would love to go a bit lower to get the rest of this fat off my arms and back while weight training, but I lose a lot of my shape the lower that I go.. Honestly once I got under 170ish, I was at an Everything Must Go sale... I started to lean out and become more rectangular. Hopefully lifting heavy weights consistently will really allow me to keep some stuff by chiseling my waist and popping my butt back out. Lol

    Right now I'm 5'4 123 lbs as of this morning. I'm not sure what I want to do here. My GW was 125, I don't feel like I want to lose any more but I'm terrified that eating at maintenance will make me put on like 10 lbs.

    Eating more and working out a little more will probably do exactly what you want! Just keep an eye on it, be moderate, not extreme, with your diet. And congratulations.

    5'2", 61, at 122. GW is 120. Been here a month. Still would like 120 to be my mid-point in maintenance. Having a hard time with these last two!

    You can do this!!! You and I are close in height (5'4 here). I was 207 last February. On the diet roller coaster for years. I'm three pounds away from my goal weight. (I kept dropping it as I saw by counting calories and walking everyday I could lose.) I'm down over 70 lbs. go for it!!!!! If I can do it, anyone can!
