@Francl27 Like this. Just expect this to be like real New York style cheesecake it is not, but its still very VERY good and actually good for you.
340g Package Fat Free Cream Cheese
350g Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
2 Eggs
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until creamy.
Spray a 6’’ cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Put parchment paper inside your cake pan. B
Bake on 325°F 30 minutes.
Turn your oven down to 200°F and bake for another 60 minutes.
Let cool in the fridge overnight.
Once cooled prepare your jellow of choice (if you like and pour over the cheesecake. Put back in the fridge to let it set. It will seap all over but it will be set like you see in my picture. Shave chocolate on top if you like.
Slice it into 8 and each slice will be around 140kcal, tons of protein, low fat and no added sugars or sweeteners.
Thanks! I've made protein cheesecake before and it's always satisfying, even if it's not real cheesecake, lol.0 -

My first time in this thread, your food looks YUMMY. It's very hard to look through the pages with a growling stomach haha! (Just started a 1200 calorie diet, so very hungry!).
Well here goes my first picture, this is my breakfast.
Skyr with müesli and nuts (Sorry, have no idea what skyr is in English, it's a protein-rich product from Iceland, a bit like greek yoghurt but very thick and heavy).
Here's my dinner, cauliflower rice with chicken, peas and carrots.
Looking forward to continue posting in this thread1 -
