Hey everyone, I'm new to MyFitnessPal. I'm here to do some toning before spring/summer and lose a couple pounds. I am going to be starting this squat challenge I found on Pinterest and want to know if anyone would like to do it with me?

Personally, I am not going to be doing all the daily squat amounts pictured here in one session. That seems somewhat insane to me as a squat beginner. I will be breaking it up into smaller, more manageable sets throughout the day. For instance, on day nine where it says do 100 squats, I will probably break it into 2 sets of 50 or possibly 4 sets of 25, whatever I can best handle.
