Was hoping to do this along with the plank challenge starting 1St of march but for some reason I can't open the image that would show the amount of squats per day, could someone please repost it?

Personally, I am not going to be doing all the daily squat amounts pictured here in one session. That seems somewhat insane to me as a squat beginner. I will be breaking it up into smaller, more manageable sets throughout the day. For instance, on day nine where it says do 100 squats, I will probably break it into 2 sets of 50 or possibly 4 sets of 25, whatever I can best handle.Good Luck Everyone!
