I would REALLY like to get about 10-15 pounds off by June 1st! I've struggled with weight my entire life so not sure why I think this is the time I will do it! I've been in a terrible cycle of "starting on Monday, starting at the first of the month, starting...starting...starting....! So frustrated that I can't get to point "B" with all of this. I'm healthy, have two healthy, wonderful teenagers and an amazing husband. Why can't I figure this out? Don't want to be a downer today...it's just where I'm at. So blessed that I'm here and have the support of many.

February 2016 Goals
Start weight: 220lbs (Spring 2014)
Current weight: 163 (on 1/02)
Goal weight: 159 (for 29/02)
Actual Weight: 159 I had two trips abroad in Feb and my weight was up and down like a yo yo.
Weight lost this month: 4 lbs
Daily goals:
Pre-log; follow through; balance carbs/protein/fat; 8+ cups liquids 29/29
30+ minutes each Strength/flexibility/cardio; 9000+ steps daily 29/29
finish eating at 9pm 5/7 days per week; 10pm 2/7 days of my choice per week 28/29
post daily goals/progress - Just for Today/No Late Night Snacking 26/29
complete Hogwarts/GoTs/LOTRs/12 week weight loss challenges 29/29 My House won both Cups in Hogwarts for 3rd term in a row.
Post weekly progress reports here 2/4
De clutter 15+ minutes every day 18/29 On holiday the other 11 days.
Work on poetry anthology for 15+ minutes every day 18/29
I'm very happy with my progress, especially as I am the lowest weight I have been since my early 30s.
