Back by popular demand, I present our SPRING WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE!
Starting today March 3rd through May 3rd we will go three full months on another journey together! This is a continuation of our Fall and Winter challenge and everyone did so well and encouraged one another that we are going to keep the momentum and begin a new one.

ENCOURAGING WORD...(To start us off on the right foot)
Let us reorganize our thoughts and our directions! Reorganization is required for us to live at optimum health and benefit. Let's see what we can do to eliminate things that waste our time, our resources, and our energy. If we want to change the way things have gone than we need to change the way we have done things in the past! We must be willing to put forth the effort to make the changes that will be beneficial in the long run! Our well-being is important to more than just us!

Hey Sue welcome! All you have to do is keep yourself accountable by checking every Monday with your weekly stats:
Starting weight:
Current weight:
Total loss for the week!
It's going to go from March 3rd to May 3rd...so you'll have a little over 8 weeks. A good rule of thumb is stay around a 2 lb weight loss per week! Basically we are just here to encourage and lift one another up! All the best to you as. Journey together!0 -

Yay! I'll start Sunday. I'm trying to lose about 6 pounds, or to at least have a 25 inch waist lol. .I'm at about 27.5 now0 -
