    @CassidyScaglione it's ok! In time :) I have a feeling I'll get stuck at the 2min mark :neutral: I'm going to try and work on my arm and core strength with some other exercises hoping it will help me out.

    I mix plank with leg kick, also plank with push ups, at the end the plank by itself becomes easier

    Right on!
    There's one I've done where you just keep going in a circle of being on your elbows to pushing up onto your hands one at a time then back down to elbows. Kind of like a pushup almost :)
    Then 'spiderman' plank were you're basically doing a side crunch.
    Though both only last for a few rounds before I stop lol
